Scope: You send a product, target price, quantity, and destination. We come back with options, MOQs, and photos.

Included on Pro: Search across markets we cover (Guangzhou, Yiwu, Shenzhen). Turnaround depends on the category — typically a few business days for a first shortlist.

Market visits & translation

Scope: Someone from the Shenzhen desk goes to a store or market, asks your questions, and sends photos or a short video.

Included on Pro: Visit requests, WeChat priority support, translation help, and shipping pointers. Factory lab tests and escrow are not a default service — ask if you need a specialist.
